KABBALAH IN HEALING

Before our universe came into being, before the Big Bang, origin of the cosmos, an infinite, endless force of energy existed.  The essence of the energy is infinite fulfillment and limitless pleasure.  The nature of this force is endless sharing and giving.   The ancient Kabbalists call  this energy the Light.

Just as the light  of a light bulb expands and fills every corner of a room, the 'Light' expands and fills every corner of eternity.

True health occurs when we are connected to the light. 

Look at the following diagram. Even though we have power lines, if the wire is broken, (broken communication or blocked nerve) the end result is no light. The light bulb is not lit.

We have many power lines that are connected and give us light (aka: vitality).  This connection takes place through the heart. When we are not true to our selves, we start cutting our connection with our vitality.

Look at a healthy baby. When we are born, we are big, bright and very connected to our vitlaity and sprit. Babies do not know fear.  Dis-ease and pain occurs when we do not speak our truth or treat our friends and neighbors dis-honorably.

For example when you find yourself with your friends and you are the brunt of a practical joke, you will just smile and pretend that it didn't bother you. The truth is that your friends dis-honored you and you allowed it to occur.  You displayed some false pride instead of stating your truth.  This action acts as a kleenex blocking the light. We will explain this in a moment.

The true connection to the light requires that we treat ourselves and everyone around us honorably.  When we tell our friends that we felt hurt when they played their practical joke on us, we stay connected to our truth, and thus connected to the light.  These types of actions require courage and certainty.  The result of this action is a healthy and happy life.

The following parable may help explain how these blocks hinder health and healing.

We know that plants need light to convert the nutrients and water into food.  If we cover a plant so it cannot receive any light, it will eventually succumb and perish.

Imagine a wall covered with ivy (a climbing vine plant).  The only source of light for this wall of plants is a 100 watt spotlight positioned 10 feet away.  If we take a single thin sheet of Kleenex tissue and suspend it so it hangs down and crosses the beam of light, the light beam disperses and the resultant beam of light hitting the wall is diminished.   If we suspend another thin sheet, we further diminish the light's beam. With as few as 5 thin sheets of Kleenex, we will block most of the light from reaching the wall. If we add one more layer of kleenex, we cut off all light from reaching the wall and the plants die.

The physical manifestation of numerous kleenex tissues is first seen as tightness in our muscles. This uneven tension then pulls unevenly on our spinal segments, causing some of them to lose proper alignment (also known as a subluxation.) We describe this tension as stress, anxiety, etc.

When these issues issues are not dealt with properly and linger for long periods of time,  chronic diseases ensues causing debility and pain to our body. 

When the most advanced chiropractic methods are coupled with principles of vitality and proper nutrition as we do in our clinic, the subluxation or disconnection from the light is repaired and we feel good and our internal light burns brightly.
